This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them. Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

I'm so glad I bought a refurbished phone here! It was my first time, but definitely not my last, considering how much I saved. I was happy with my purchase, aside from the fact that it was ghost touching like crazy (which made it very hard to use) but I shipped it back to the seller and they fixed it free of charge and it works great! I ordered an iPhone XR black, excellent grade. I was very excited that the iPhone arrived in 2 days and it looked flawless and there was no scratches on the screen or the back of the iPhone. Ordered my daughter the iPhone XR in blue in “good” condition. When we got it, it came in quicker than it said, and looked absolutely perfect. It was in almost new condition. I couldn’t see any markings on it at all. And it already had a screen protector on it. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I got the Excellent condition iPhone XR 128GB Red for my son’s birthday. I also purchased the new battery install (just in case) but it was way more than we bargained for.
